i have been using the courier guy for 2years with no issues. Mistake i made was saying ill meet them on the main road on my last delivery. Now they are calling me asking for the same thing, which i cant cause im working till late these day. Now the guy from Underberg office is telling me, they were doing me a favour by delivering to my address and when i asked why not tell me or the sender that they do not cater for rural area. He rudely said they will take it back to the sender. and to make it worse i know they not going to do anything about it cause im from the rural area.
