I was sending X2 Parcells via Courier Guy, Figtree, Gqebergha. That happened on Monday the 19 th December 2022
Beforehand I spoke to Amoureze telling her that as soon as I received payment from the person I am sending the parcel to then they can send the articles. If I haven't received payment or give the go ahead they will refund me in full.
I paid R220 per item, in other words I paid R240 to the Courier Guy
The next day I went back to Courier Guy I spoke to Amoureze and she handed back my parcels, seeing I told them I was scammed and never received payment. She informed me what documents I needed to mail her enabling me to get my refund back.
Firstly I never knew how difficult I was because I mean I had the slips etc, but bothers me is the after sales service I received. On Thursday the 22 nd of December 2022 I went to my office and typed the letter requesting refund and also scanned what was needed and I e mailed Amoureze the documents. I even sms her privately asking to check if she is happy with mail so I know I can leave my office knowing I will receive my refund. In the mail I send to her, I can't give the mail as you asked not to mention it. I also asked to acknowledge my mail and to confirm she received it. Till today which is Saturday 24 December 2022 at 14:35 I am still waiting. In my eyes this is pathetic services and the employee should send me written apologies, and my refund should be prioritize
