The courier guy - Poor service

Courier guy is the most pathetic courier in South Africa.My packages from my suppliers get send to the wrong towns,get stolen or send to the wrong business.Customer service is just as poor as Courier guy's service.They are talk to the customer like they are dirt and if you get angry at them,they put the phone down in your ears.Luckely i have it all on tape and i am thinking of taking legal action against them for loss of income.
