arranged a collection to be done in Bloemfontein and wanted to make sure that it was collected on time so we phoned the office, we have 7 different numbers to phone and NONE of them answers the phone, if keeps ringing and ringing no one answers, when we did get hold of someone they just have a don't care demeanor about the fact that no one is controlling the phones. we had to go to facebook and send them messages there to get someone to respond. This is not the first time either.
