I sent a parcel for overnight 21 December 2020 and marked the box as fragile. In the box was R3500 worth of items in it. Now the items are missing and broken and box was opend without myself being contacted. I will be taking legal action and opening a case of theft against the courier guy. No manager wants to take responsibility nor speak to me
