The parcel was sent to the wrong depot and the portal conveniently didn't update the status, had to log queries on 3 different platforms to get ONE response saying they sent it to the wrong place and no escalation of delivery was offered even after 5 days since it was collected from the supplier only to be expected who knows when without any answer. This is absolutely unacceptable and needs to be sent overnight from where it is at their cost as this is extremely overdue and an urgent package.
As it is the company's fault and not one person contacted me to let me know there is a problem i suggest that an express courier needs to be arranged at their cost.
