I use The Courier Guy on a regular basis and have more often than not have problems with parcels not being delivered to the correct person (they dont ask for the PIN that they send out) and I have to phone around trying to locate the parcels.

Today however was a whole different ball game. I had a parcel coming to me. On Friday I could not track it any more and later that evening received an email stating: Notes-update(s). Not knowing what to do with this email, I left it until yesterday, when I went to our Kiosk in town asking where my parcel was at where I was advised that it is still at the Harrismith Hub (which to me is weird), they also said that they dont do deliveries on weekends and that is probably why it is still there and that it will be delivered today.

This morning however I received another cryptic email stating: Still waiting on feedback what must we do. To which I replied feedback on what? After a few emails to support I finally found out that they had BROKEN one of the items in my parcel.

NO communication whatsoever from them from Friday letting me or the sender know about the issue or asking what should be done.

And then they had the cheek to ask me if I still wanted the rest of the parcel to be sent to me! Obviously I DO.

I would certainly NOT recommend using The Courier Guy, as apparently they do not care about your parcels.

I do however also feel that they OPENED my packages and that is how it got broken.
