The Courier Guy - Overnigh courier

On the 14th Dec 2023 I went to courier guy in Kathu to post a package. The guy (Xavier) marked the slip obernight courier and charged met R125. On 19 Dec 2023, the person to whom the package should have been sent did not receive it. My husband went and was then told he was under charged and the package dimensions was suddenly wrong and had to pay an extra amount of R138. He was told the package will now be released to the other person. On 20 Dec 2023 the package was still not released.
We took another box that is eactly the same as the one posted, the dimensions is 100% correct.
We will not reccomend courier guy to anyone and will tell friends and family of this incident. To be honest, the mistake is the cashiers mistake and now we have to pay for his mistake.
