The Courier Guy - No overnight delivery

I had a parcel sent from JHB to Port Elizabeth on the 10th of Jan 2024, only to find out that it was sent to Rustenberg and not PE. I explained to the consultant that I am flying to Durban today Friday 12th of Jan and need the parcel for work. i was now told that this parcel is still in transit from JHB and I will no longer be at the B&B in PE to receive it. there was no solution offered by any of the several consultants I spoke with, only that this parcel will only be here in PE tomorrow 13/01/2024.
This is an absolute disgrace and not acceptable.
