The kiosk in Mossel bay Voorbaai closes at 17:00. I was at the shop at 16:46 and they refused to help me because they already cashed up which is very unprofessional. I had to drive all the way there with the traffic just to get a sorry i cant help. I had to urgently send something and had to show the receipt to the person waiting. You close the store at 17:00 and cash up after that. Please train your people.
