I am using Courier Guy and PUDO for the past 2 years. I spend between R2000 and R4000 per month on making use of your services.
The past 2 months I have dealt with great losses as the people handling my parcels does not adhere to the labels on the parcels when it is marked : "Don't throw", "FRAGILE", "BREAKABLE" ets, ets,etc. Every time I must replace the product and once again pay for courier services.
Your people does not give a rats * FORBIDDEN * about rendering a good and cautious service when handling parcels. We are entering a pretty busy season and I am really considering making use of another company now, since this type negligence can't be tolerated. This is also not the 1st time that I complain about you staff not handling the parcels well? What type of employees do you have if they don't have respect for client of yours. I hope this matter can be solved ASAP. You guys need to pull up your socks.
