I arranged a pick up on the 25th of November, it has still not been collected or delivered.
I have followed up with Nelspruit courier guys numerous times and have not received any feedback other than them saying they will contact the driver or contact ops. Then today they send me the number for ops and I called 3 times and no one answered.
This collection was paid for on the 25th of November but the service has not been rendered.
This is unacceptable, to wait 2 weeks just for a parcel to be collected! And no one can give me concrete feedback or a decent answer.
