To whom it may concern,
I've been using your PUDO services and have sent out over 20 parcels via your lockers. There are 3 parcels currently missing and all I get told from your head office is there's no feedback, this has been going on for 3 weeks now!
2 parcels are missing (one started mis routed on the 1st December ) and the other was apparently retrieved from the locker an an expired parcel. I never received a sms or email with a pin so this doesn't make sense. I want a resolution today!
The one parcel was incorrectly put into the wrong lockers (sent out incorrectly by your Howick depot). They have been promising to retrieve it now for the past 2.5 weeks and it still hasn't been done. Everytime i phone, they say the driver is retrieving it that day but it's still sitting there
