The courier guy - Lazy drivers

Good day.
I am very upset about your drivers who are very lazy and inefficient.
A strict message on my parcel, requests your driver to call me before delivery and to hand the parcel to me.
Your driver enters my place of work, sitting comfortably in the lounge and asks my reception to call me. Further to this, he comes without a pen and asks reception for a pen.
I really wish suppliers would stop using you guys because your drivers are extremely unprofessional.
