My parcel was sent on the 20th of July 2022 and i was suppose to receive it on the 2nd of August 2022, Yesterday i spoke to Xabiso (Agency) via whatsapp and he sent an email to Johannesburg Hub were the parcel is stucked now i just called the paxi customer number still there are waiting for Courier to reply on yesterday's email. I haven't received my parcel till now I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO but the only thing I know is that if it got lost PAXI company will pay me and i will take further action for that. The parcel was sent to Pep in Alexandria in Eastern cape to P5748 PTA Mamelodi Mams Mall.
