I PAID FOR A PACKAGE TO BE DELIVERED OVERNIGHT
WHEN I CHECKED THE FOLLOWING DAY IF IT WAS DELIVERED IT WAS NOT
THE WAYBILL NUMBER ON THE PACKAGE AND ON THE PAPER DID NOT MATCH - MISTAKE NUMBER ONE AS IT IS THE EMPLOYEE OF COURIER GUY THAT LABELS THE PACKAGES THEY THEN SENT THE PACKAGE BACK TO BE RE LABLELED JUST TO FIND OUT THE PACKAGE WAS ON ITS WAY TO A TOTAL DIFFERENT DESTINATION NOW I PHONED AGAIN TO CHECK IF IT WAS ON ITS WAY TO THE CORRECT DESTINATION IT WAS, 4 DAYS LATER
TIME SPENT ON THE TELEPHONE TO CHECK IF THESE PEOPLE ARE DOING THEIR JOB I CHECKED ON THEIR SITE FWHERE I CAN COMPLAIN THERE ARE HUNDREDS OF COMPLAINTS SIMILAR TO MINE AND NOBODY IS GETTING BACK TO ANY FO THEIR CLIENTS COURIER GUY SHOULD BE CLOSED LIKE ALL OTHER COMPANIES IN SOUTH AFRICA BECAUSE THEY ARE GETTING SALARIES BUT DO NOT DO THEIR JOBS BUT LIKE ALL THE OTHER COMPLAINTS THIS ONE WILL ALSO BE PUSHED UNDER THE RUG... AND THEY WILL CONTINUE RUNNING OUR COUNTRY INTO THE MUD!! WELL DONE!!!
