Very disappointed!

Been using there service for a very long time, and always happy and referring other people to them because of there great service, but from today unfortunately I'm done with The Courier Guy!

I normally make use of there kiosk, but couldn't make it yesterday so we booked online as we have an prepaid account as well.
The package was more than expected because we asked for same day, so we had to load money twice into our prepaid.
The package booked and I told my customer it would be delivered same day, only to find out the second day (today) that its not been delivered yet.

Phoned Courier Guy, only to speak to a guy that keep interrupting me, and told me its not send because I'm R10 in arrears.

I've immediately eft the arrears, but then the couriers already left, and it can be only delivered tomorrow - 2 days later!

Then spoke to another 2 managers, that couldn't make a plan 14:00 after the money shows on there system.

So 1st off all, how can you book if you don't have enough credit in your prepaid?

2nd - The exact dimensions and weight on the box from suppliers - then I was told it was not correct that's why another R15 was added and my account went into arrears.

Sill understandable in a way, but to be ok for a manager to loose a customer over R10, and even if the account is updated now and still can only send the package the next day....seriously!!!

I will never use them account, and wont accept orders from my suppliers using them, so they will have to send my packages through other couriers as well!!!
