I made a booking for collection(02/09/2021) as per ref above. Paid and sent POP via email. I waited the whole day for the driver but he never came. Following day(03/09/2021) I received an email saying the driver came but the "sender" said there's no parcel to be collected. I responded to say he never came. Since then I've not heard anything from the courier guy. Even after multiple attempts to contact them via phone and email. I ended up delivering the parcel myself(06/09/2021). I wrote another email asking for my money back and to date(08/09/2021) I haven't heard any feedback. This is the worst service I've ever seen.
