The courier guy - Arrogance of managers

We needed a parcel urgently from Johannesburg to Kimberley. We phoned the shop in Kimberley and started with the process to get the parcel here. The lady told us that the parcel would be here the next day. The next day came and the parcel was not here.

So we phoned Johan. I think the branch manager in Kimberley. I do not know his surname because his words to me is that it has nothing to do with me. We tried to sort it out, but his arrogance was so out of line that i ask for his manager.

We then got hold of Jacquiline the regional manager. I tried to sort the problem out with her. And her exact response was "O WELL, **** HAPPENS. WE CANNOT SORT IT OUT NOW."
She also said that if we use the cheap option we must expect cheap service. This after we have asked the lady at the shop we need the parcel here the following day. And her response was is that it would be here the following day. She did not told us anything about cheap options or anything.

So is that the way The Courier Guy treats there paying customers with that type of arrogance from managers. Now they are making it out that if it is the customers problem that there service is a total mess.

The type off arrogance is so big that it cannot be explained.

The courier Guy, I hope to get a response as i would not leave this matter here, as i want feedback as to what will happen with the arrogance of your
