Try to send a parcel with them... Almost an impossible task to get answers, feedback, reaction, doing what is asked!
After spending more than R150 out of pocket on calls, trying to get proper feedback, being made a liar.
Package is in transit as by tracking. Whatever that means.
As more than 3 people promised to call back... None ever did.
Pick up driver also did not have Fragile stickers as requested,
Did not have instruction to call me before pick up
Did not leave any indication that he was at pick up address at all.

Will I personally use the company again. NO! This is not the first bad experience.
What I will do is to tell people, to warn them and give alternatives.

No reaction at all. Reading all the complaints on many forums it seems that Courier Guy is above solutions or apologies or admitting the are wrong.

I will avoid them as far as possible. They do not care about complaints and treat it with disdain. We are an outlying area and the brand know that we do not always have a choice. The driver/delivery guy for Graskop is a reliable person... But he does not get the support or respect from his office like he should. He faces the music with unhappy clients... Not good from such a big service provider
