Account on hold. It is a prepaid account with no monies owing, account is (and was always) in credit. It will not allow me to create a shipment.
The company needs to sort out their internet and email service.
This delivery company started out well , now they are just like the rest....even worse, as now one has credit on their account, and cannot even get their parcel shipped. Highly annoying, as when one needs a parcel you want it asap!
