I hope you are doing well. I want to share with you how disgusted I am in Telkom’s (Telkom in Clearwater mall) service, I went to upgrade my device on Wednesday 2 weeks ago, when I was in the store I Specifically asked if they have stock of EVERYTHING I wanted, when the lady came to give me the phone after completing the sale she then only mentioned she does not have stock of the watch. She then said they are getting stock on Friday, Friday I went there at 12pm, still no stock, she said it will only come after 2pm. Sunday I went to the store again, same story no stock.
I then got involved with the Manager, Simon. Simon then said he has requested a courier to collect the watch at centurion, I will receive it today. REMEMBER, no one from Telkom is following up with me, I am ALWAYS the one following up. Today when I called, the manager decided to only tell me know that there is a waiting list, he did not mention anything about a waiting list since he was involved in the transaction.
I then asked Simon, how can I go about lodging a complaint about the unrupted, bad, service, he then said I must call the call centre. Upon calling the call centre they said they can’t help me, I need to contact the managed at the store which has been of no help as I have mentioned.
If this is the type of service that Telkom gives, I would rather choose not to be part of Telkom. How can we go in solving this issue, if we can’t solve it, I would really appreciate a cancellation on ALL MY CONTRACTS currently with Telkom. I have always been a good paying customer, but the service seems to be no-where. It’s been a back and forth scenario with NO OUTCOME WHATSOEVER.
If I don’t receive a response within 7 working days, I will have to take this matter further.
All I want is what I am paying for, and if I am paying for a watch within my latest upgrade, I want the watch, it’s really not that big of an ask or is it?
