Telkom - Unprofessional service of changing the debit order date

Since inception of this contract the date has been wrong (date 30/31). I have been calling; the consultant will change the date the I will wait for the debit mandate on my banking app to approve but it doesn't come through. 1st time it expired then the 2nd,3rd,4th,5th time it did not come through. I was advised to go to my bank by a Telkom Consultant and the bank checked my app debit is active and debit date is 15th but Telkom only deducts month end. This is causing frustration on my end since it's ruining my credit profile that I am a bad payer, and I am unable to manage my debt. In the financial business sense this creates a huge, massive dent to a black individual. No financial institutions assistance will be given to me i.t.o of loans application, furniture accounts, even chances of employment will be blocked due to an error Telkom made which they can't seem to fix.

I also e-mailed no assistance. I even went to Telkom branches in The Grove Mall & Gezina but still no assistance. To date my account will be debited tomorrow and unfortunately there are no funds hence my request to deduct on the 15th when my salary is paid into my bank account.



Since July I have been struggling with Telkom and their shitty service, I just wanted to change a debit order date, but Now they debt wrong dates and amounts and I have been double debited, and my service is still suspended, I don't know what to do as I use this contract for work and now I am in trouble about this as well, I cont get through to the right department, every time i request a call back probably 50 and I'm still waiting for one person to phone me back
