Am a person with disabilities, after being unfairly made to wait a long time in the queue, when I arrived at the counter, the lady was rude and did not want to here me stating my case. she told me to get out of her face If I did not want to be fought by her, she can cause me fight, so to please get out of the light if I did not want to start a fight with her. and also, if I keep talking she will make sure the next lady at the counter will not help me. So, I just wish to see accountability and consequence for her actions especially to persons with disability where she needed to treat with decency and allow them to be heard like all able-bodied human being without being threatened to be fought, harm or violence. I wish Telkom Can take accountability for their employees and consequence. Unless it is a policy for Telkom as a company to mistreat and threat with violence's to persons with disabilities.
