Telkom - Terrible service

Telkom Openserve this is the worst people you can deal with well they are non existent. Made an arrangement with a robot cause you can't get through to these fools. I was told to pay a certain percentage to have my WiFi restored which I did. Once I paid the amount was paid they now tell me to pay the full amount, I can't get through to anyone on that 10210 to speak to them. I don't know how we still support this useless Telkom cause there is no service delivery. Don't ever sign up with these fools
