Telkom - Telkom's pathetic service

I first had Telkom ADSL installed at my house without any problems. The service was stopped in my area due to cable theft, and i was ported to LTE for the same monthly amount of R1000.
Due to loadshedding affecting LTE signals, Telkom ported me to fibre for R399 per month.
The problem is that Telkom did not cancel the LTE line, and charged me for both the LTE and fibre line.
I reported the problem some 18 months ago at Telkom Wonderpark. The agent promised a credit to my account and reduced my monthly payment to R399 - the fibre price.
The credit was never passed. I was handed over to 4 debt collecting agencies to collect an amount of R2000 which was seen as short payment - not a credit to be passed - all of them withdrew from the matter after hearing my side of the story.
On 21 September this year, Telkom disconnected my service, demanding payment for the said amount. All my complaint and mails fell on deaf ears, and Telkom continues to threaten my with further action like black listing and others.
I tried to contact Telkom by phoning 10210 - but cannot be phoned from a cell phone - only a Telkom landline which i do not have. None of their numbers are working, not 081180 ( only new sales, not any querries) 10213 and 10210 was not able to connect me with Telkom. Their number in Cape Town do not accept calls. Their Whatsapp number does not give me an option to state my problem, and was not answered.
I was in constant communication with the debt collectors, and sent them more than 30 mails offering my cooperation, with no results - not even an answer. I asked for a statement indicating where the amounts came from, but still zero response.
Telkom dont want to sort any problem out - instead they bully their paying customers to pay by treatening them with all sorts of legal action, and using debt collectors to do their dirty work.

I need to get a contact person at Telkom to revisit this whole contract. If i do not get response, i will see their actions as a breach of my contract, and will cancel my debit order.

It is a simple matter....Telkom must just remove the double charges on my account - as easy as that.
