I have so much to say but will break it down short and sweet. I have been a customer by Telkom for almost 5 years and I constantly have to fight about my account billing being incorrect but now I have had enough! My laptop was stolen from my car in Jun 2023 and had to get a replacement at Telkom because I am currently studying. From there I have had problems with my account YET AGAIN. I have gone in many times to resolve this issue but seems like every person I talk to in the billing department is more clueless than the previous person or I simply can't get a hold of anyone. The workers instore have also tried resolving this issue but can't seem to understand how the billing department even got to the amount they claim I owe them. Every time I am there, there is another person there complaining about THE SAME PROBLEM. Telkom get your act together and fix this now. Because I have had enough of you stealing money from your loyal customers. See the attached documents for proof of communication and many attempts in fixing this issue. The bill keeps going up with no explanation or communication as to why and is affecting my credit score.
It has been almost a month now. Been in twice to the company in store and still NOTHING. I have not gotten any phone call from no manager and is still getting threating "Letter of demand" from debt collectors. PLEASE RESOLVE this issue as I WILL NOT PAY THAT AMOUNT. I want it to be deducted from the person who is responsible for this mistake salary. Telkom is stealing money from people, and they think it's just fine to do so.
