I applied for a WIFI Router with Angelique to be installed at my home. I've emailed her all supporting documents on the 14 September 2021. I went to the store a week after cause i received no response, and she phone the installation technicians in front of me to ask them if it is possible to install the wifi at my address provided to her. She send me a written reference number with the host of Knysna Telkom and he said that they will phone me for installations. I went back on the 5th October cause i received no phone call and the other guy said they won't be able to install the WIFI due to the theft of cables.
