In March 2020 I requested a cancellation on my Telkom account. Apparently this was not cancelled then I had to pay in July R2700 for services that I did not use. I then cancelled again and sent an email with no response. I cannot get a hold of Telkom. They are asking the collections department to call me and before conversing they want me to provide my ID and information which I refuse to provide. Today i received an sms stating that my account is suspended. I have not used this account over the past 8 months. My concern is that I have a clean credit record and due to Telkom and their incompetence I need this matter to be resolved urgently.
