Telkom - Poor services

Twice wanting to do a simswop, most unhelpful individual, dealt first with me then my husband. We were shown lack of customer service, lacking helpfulness, couldn't even look us in the eye or acknowledge us. Chewing gum inappropriately whilst not even dealing with us appropriately. Most u helpful, most disgruntling, disappointing experience compared to friendly staff under loadshedding at Alberton city!! Very disappointed in this female consultant.
