August 2022 my landline 011 3625009 stopped working. When I reported it I was told copper cables were stolen and were not going to be replaced , I could have fibre ( which I have) or a wireless phone. In September I dealt with Alisha in sales and placed an order for the wireless phone. Ref 22/09/07/44188 . 64BRK070922 , in November ref 138BRK091122 refers. Nothing is happening. Two guys came to the house and gave me 2 green papers, I filled one in with my details and he came back later and collected it. That was well over a month ago. What is happening?? I have had no land line operating since August last year. Why have I not got my wireless phone yet. If I do not get a decent reply I will find and contact the Telkom CEO and tell him exactly what I think of your lousy service.
