reference number65951291 my land line stopped working about August2021. I complained and Telkom said it was stolen copper cable and they are not replacing it. I was offered fibre which I have for my computer then one of your technicians said to ask for a wireless phone. I contacted Alisha at telkom sales and applied for a wireless phone. reference I got was 22/09/07/44188 also 64BRK070922. On 9th November I was given another reference 138BRK091122. Later 2 men came to the house , said they were from Telkom and gave me 2 green papers and said they would come back. They did and I gave them the one paper where I had filled my details in, they said the phone would follow but this was well over a month ago. I have not had a landline now since August last year and no wireless phone as I was promised. They did say the ADSL line had to be cancelled at the end of november and I spoke to Vimal at 011 907 1129 about this , but still no phone. When will it be delivered as I have no Telkom Phone working since 5 months.
