i had a 36 month contract and i cancelled 30 days before my end date which is what i was told and they debited me the following month which is July last month i reversed the money , am pissed . i called Telkom customer services they told me my last month was July which is weird . i owe 2600 in total , i called again asked how do i go from 750 to 2600 if my last month was in July and they told me No its ends its October not June . i was told my acc is handed over to collections i called the number was was not going through at all and i called again an agent gave me an alt number and told me the number is not going through for collections clients been complaining and no one is fixing that . call the al number went to vdm or vdn company and they told me they don't pick up any account under my id number , they cant assist and i wanted to make payment arrangements get it over and done with and i wasn't willing to pay the whole 2600 at once and this morning i had funds coming into my account i have to use for a very important thing and they debited the whole amount without my consent and nobody called me to make arrangements and i cant reverse the debit . very incompetent and irritating for this service the last agent told me straight highest possibility should i receive money they debit the whole amount if i don't make arrangements also i cant make arrangements because collections number isn't going through and they cant help me with that all , what kind of bullshit that nx , i been using Telkom all my life my numbers all of them are Telkom even prepaid and this service is disgusting
