What an experience to have with this service provider. Fine I understand protocols and procedures my be followed accidentally missed a payment was sent an invoice for R2900.00 I paid R2000 stating that I will update my payments on the 25th of next month however on the 3rd I receive an sms saying my line has been interrupted fine I call to try and make arrangements they tell me it's impossible to do that bare in mind am using their services for my company meaning no data, no clients no clients no revenue then today they send me an invoice for R2300.00 as of that was enough I received a call from debt collectors saying they go my number from telkom just for under paying with R900 like what the hell is wrong with Telkom breaking the Popia act law sending third-party my information without my consent like I 3 contacts with them now I have to adhere to such service to make things worse I call them to makes arrangements not like am going to run off with the money I call them to make arrangements so they can restore my line and they tell it's impossible for them to do that until they have received they have received their money such a big and they are unable to make arrangements with their clients this is unheard for.
