I called Telkom in November to change my banking details. In December Telkom debits from my old account which I no longer use which results in a missed payment. I called a consultant today to find out how I can make a payment just to find out the banking details was not updated as previously requested. I had to use my resources to contact Telkom and none of the consultants were of any help. I am truly unhappy with Telkom.
