Telkom Mobile - Telkom not doing their job

sent in death certificate setp 2022, again in march 2023, phone line was cut and now telkom wants a huge amount of money and the line is still active when I asked if there is anything that can help me to reduce the penalties, telkom replies no, its for the device, the statement clearly states mischelaneous and termination panelties, if this line was stopped when asked, the mischalaneous would not be that high, Telkom does not care and like to rip of people wherever they can, this line is still active, please stay away from telkom mobile, you gonna regret using them if anything ever happens

from Friday I tried to get help, I suggested a solution, but Telkom's personal is not interisted at all to help
