On Sunday 25th of September 2022
I bought the data under (Spring Cha-Ching) Option number 3
15GB Telkom Data @R165 (30days)
However the funds was deducted but I never received any Data immediately I called Telkcom agent to let them know about it. The lady said she can see that the money was deducted it’s just Technically problem within 24hour I will receive my data. 24hrs pass I didn’t receive anything yet and I called again another person said that they will log a case for me about this problem but I should receive a case number on my phone but I never received anything and the next day I called again I was specifically with the agent that I want a case to be opened because I bought the data and I never received it but the funds was deducted. Finally the lady opened the case for me and tell me to wait for 48hr for the case to be resolved. After 48hrs I got a message starting that the case was resolved, but I didn’t receive my data after the resolution. I called again only to find out that the case was stating something different because after I didn’t get the data I borrowed money from Telkcom and I bought LTE data that was for 7.5GB Anytime Data for & 7,5 GB for night surfer @R99 And I received this data
The one I want is the data I bought for R165 and that money was deducted in my account and I never received it. I can’t be calling Telkcom agent everyday and am not getting help. Am really tired of calling and they act like they will help after that they don’t. Please I need my money or data R165
