I have a complaint towards Telkom ridiculous bill for this month, what's even worse is that I went to their shop at South Coast Mall, they were unable to help me let ,alone explaining to me.
I usually pay R198.00 for 2 different sim cards, of which the other one was expiring mid Dec. My premium wasn't debited on December as I was not aware which date they were gonna debit. Fine, towards the end of the month I realized they didn't debit, I took an initiative and go pay their money which I have a POP for it.
January the bill is sitting at R601.73 which I am unable to pay, there's even once off subscription fee for both sim cards which I am not aware of, mind you the other sim card has reached it's expiring date and has been cancelled by me, which I was not even aware of if , because when the product reaches it's end date it should be ended automatically or communicated for extension, without having to cancel. What's there to cancel when product reaches its due date?
It's January for heaven's sake and we don't wanna dent our scores unnecessarily. Please rectify this ASAP.
