I made my full lampsum payment to Telkom mobile on the 24 March and immediately contacted them after 48hours which they advised me to contact them to eequest my settlement letter, on the 28 March I made a call and I was promised that I will get it on my email after 7 working days which I understood because they needed to get it from legal. 10 days letter I gave them a call and they lodged my request again from scratch and further told me to wait 7 days again, this time around I request a reference number for the call and this lady told me there's no such with telkom.
I am not happy because I called again last on the 25 April and I was again told to wait 7 days and I didn't get a ref number for the call. On the 04 May I made another phone call to follow up and I was once more told to wait 7 days. I approach them through their Twitter Messager and they also told me now the same things about 7 days.
I'm not if my 7 days and telkom one are different but I guess telkom doesn't respect its customers and their valuable time.
May I kindly get a response with my paid up letter, not someone who is going to tell me that I should wait 7 days again. Their credit department is pathetic and I wouldn't recommend even my worst enemy to make business with telkom mobile
