Telkom Mobile - Order wrongly cancelled / awaiting cellphone delivery

Telkom please help! My contract was due for upgrade on 4 October 2022. On 5 Oct I ordered a Samsung S20FE online and requested a callback to check that there was of these in stock. Turns out there was no stock and I was referred to the shop outlets who may still have in stock. I checked with all the outlets in Cape Town ... no stock. So I eventually ordered a Huawei Nova 8i through your 10213 helpdesk on 20 October 2022. I waited for delivery ... no delivery! On contacting Telkom helpdesk several times I was assured that my delivery was on the way. No, in fact due to the Rica address on the paperwork provided by Telkom / Bradian being incomplete it could not be processed and was sent back to Bradian on 24 October. Yet throughout my many, many calls to 10213 that same period, I was told that my cellphone was still with Courier It and told to sort it out with Courier It. Courier It however insisted on a waybill number which whenever I called 10213 refused to supply me with this number or came up with a new reason to blame Courier It. These uninterested and downright lazy "agents" refused to assist further complicating an already difficult situation. Eventually I was helped by an agent by the name of Shannon who escalated the problem (thank you Shannon). Still my phone was not delivered. After speaking to another of your unhelpful "agents", I got to speak to another decent agent, Kortjas who also attempted to sort my problem (thank you Kortjas). A subsequent call again to 10213, another helpful agent by the name of Bongile told me that my order had been cancelled. This after the many, many calls to 10213 and having each time requested information as to where my phone was and when was it going to be delivered. Telkom please tell me 1. Is my order cancelled, 2. why was it cancelled and 3. when do I get my phone? Regards Tiana
