My Sim card lost service on 24 September 2022. Went into a Telkom store in Southgate Mall on 30 September 2022 to do a sim swap, but could not be immediately assisted as my finger prints could not be verified on their system and my MTN number could not receive OTP. Then the matter was escalated to back office, which was to take 7 days to call me back to inform me that I can insert the sim card after it is activated, but I still have not received a phone call or any feedback.
