For months now I have been trying to get to complaints department or to speak with a human being about my situation.
Every night roughly between 5pm and 10pm (the time varies sometimes)
Despite having full signal I loose internet connection I can still make phone calls and send SMSs but all internet services stop working I have a smart broadband unlimited all hours LTE contact which I pay for without delays or disputes
Can't get through to call centres every time I try calling
I have 4 contracts with you and all present the same problem
My wife has 3 that she pays for and experiences the same issue
This happens every day regardless of loadshedding
Once my contract ends I'm moving to another provider
