Telkom Mobile - My sim number

I have three weeks trying to reinstate my Number which is 0812703788, My Aunt spoke to them in order to Reinstate the numbers they told her it is under my name and yesterday I went there Telkom Store Botshabelo Mall, they told me that my Aunt is the one who should go there and ask them to be reactivated, so today she went and they told her it has been given to another person, but how cause we were busy trying to reinstate the number, so How could they give it to another person so fast It has not even taken 24 hours but they are already given it to somebody else....
