firstly, why is it so hard to get someone to assist you at Telkom.
why do I need to beg for assistance?
I asked for a contract renewal, and they gave me a new number.
now I got another new number
and there is extra charges to it all
now I have 6 numbers under my name instead of 5
what is Telkom Mobile doing about all this
Nothing , because there is just no consultant that can assist me with anything
I need to call , waste my airtime and time just to be told , sorry I do not understand what is going on
I keep emailing Joshua and Koketso , but I need to beg on that email for them to call me back because that department did fraud on my account
now I need assistance on my statement once again I am begging for someone to sort it out but guess there are just no qualified consultants that can assist me
