I bought a new simcard because one of my cellphones got stolen. I had to replace the sim card. On Teusday 17th January I did a simswop at the Newcastle Telkom Mall. To date it has not been activated. I have phoned customer care numerous times and have been to the shop every day. Every time i am told it is in the system. This is an existing contract on which nothing has changed.
Usualy it takes one day.
