Lodged complaint 05Feb2023. received a call from 0219446800 to explain the possible and remedy. It was advised that I would be compensated due to Tower Technical faults. Outcome still pending and waiting to date. Received a call from 068nr dated 09Mar to explain a different situation. This is unacceptable.

The feedback received was contradictory to the initial info received when the Technician admitted the tower to be the fault of complaint. The outcome was unsuccessful due to their incompetence and unprofessional behaviour. Irrespective of the facts they presented right after. My time was wasted. I lost money and data. No compensation afforded even when promised to do so. Words are just words until action is taken.
