Telkom Mobile - Bill that was paid but it's not reflecting on my account

I went to telkom store at mams mall on the 3rd of July 2023 to pay my bill since it was not debited but for some reason the money doesn't reflect they tell me it's an offline transaction they can't help me I tried calling I even emailed my documents even today I haven't got my problem resolved

Telkom is a scam I was played like a fool when ever I call I don't get help when I go to the store they say I must call when I call they say at the shop they must assist me I would say when entering telkom contract enter at your own risk
