A consultant was rude to me today, after spending 30 minutes in line he said I must go back to the end of the line again when I come back with the recent proof of residence, I explained I already waited for so long and had to be somewhere else and he said it wasn't his problem, I also explained that I came yesterday and the system was down hence I came as early as 8:30 for 9 o'clock, again he said it wasn't his problem, he was really rude about it and cared less when I asked to see the manager he he was busy, all this belittling got got me so livid, I left came back end of the line,then system off line

I am still waiting for a response from you, should I not get any soon, further steps will be taken and I will have to involve my lawyers

Absolutely no respect to how customers feel, they couldn't care less if you received bad service, they just don't care they don't want to resolve it
