A consultant was rude to me today, after spending 30 minutes in line he said I must go back to the end of the line again when I come back with the recent proof of residence, I explained I already waited for so long and had to be somewhere else and he said it wasn't his problem, I also explained that I came yesterday and the system was down hence I came as early as 8:30 for 9 o'clock, again he said it wasn't his problem, he was really rude about it and cared less when I asked to see the manager he he was busy, all this belittling got got me so livid, I left came back end of the line,then system off line
