My device with the contract sim card got stolen and I went to Telkom (Bethal Mall) on the 8th March 23 to do a sim swap and to check my other contracts, since this one I'm swim swapping is also due for upgrade. I came at the shop at 17:15. I was partly assisted an had to wait for the other lady who is a supervisor. She gave me a cold shoulder, never explained anything to me. I kept on waiting until she went to the bank and later came her customer she assisted the previous day, she attended that customer in my presence. and later I was told to come back tomorrow as there was no way that they would be able to assist me. there was no time left. my question is: where on earth would one treat a customer that way? Now I have to travel to Secunda just to do a Sim swap while there is a local branch. I'm very disturbed.
