On the 23rd of December I've received my order, just to discover it is wrong.
They added an item which was not part of my original order and one item was missing from what I've ordered.
Now on their website you can only return what you received.
No concession is made for a partially incorrect order.
After numerous failed attempts the issue is still not resolved because Takealot concede that they have broken my trust, this is not the first time they have delivered partially incorrect orders to me.
Because my trust is broken, I expect to have the missing part of my order delivered before I return the incorrect delivery.
I do not expect to be treated as a criminal as if they don't trust me to return the incorrect item.
Since I was the one reporting the incorrect delivery.
